Who we are
Hearth Hiring LLC ("Hearth Hiring," "we," "us") recruits caregivers and direct support professionals for home care agencies. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.
What we collect
- From job applicants: the information you submit when you apply to our job posts on Indeed, such as your name, contact details, location, availability, experience and answers to screening questions, plus notes from our calls and text messages with you.
- From agencies: contact and business information you share with us by email, phone or when you book a call.
- From website visitors: basic, anonymous usage statistics through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.
We never ask for Social Security numbers, dates of birth, health information or immigration status.
How we use it
- To match candidates with home care agencies that are hiring
- To contact you about your application, interviews and job opportunities, or about our services
- To run and improve our recruiting service
Who we share it with
- Home care agencies: if you apply to one of our jobs, we share your information with the agencies considering you for it.
- Service providers: companies that help us run our business, such as Google Workspace, Indeed and our phone and texting provider. They may only use it to provide services to us.
- When required by law.
We do not sell personal information.
Text messages (SMS)
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our SMS Terms for details.
How long we keep it
We keep candidate and agency information only as long as we need it for recruiting and to meet legal obligations, then delete it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls and the security features of the services we use. No system is perfectly secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your information, or stop contacting you, by emailing myuan@hearthhiring.com. Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages.
