Term and cancellation

Service is month-to-month. Either side can cancel with 30 days' notice.

Billing

You receive one invoice a month, paid on autopay. It covers next month's retainer plus the hire fees earned last month.

Retainer

The retainer is $595 a month per location. Each location has its own retainer.

Job ad spend

Your agency pays job boards and ad platforms directly, in your own accounts. We don't mark up ad spend.

Hire fee

The hire fee is $150 per hire. It's earned when the hire works their first paid shift with your agency. If a hire withdraws, fails the background check or never shows, there's no fee.

What counts as our hire

A hire counts when we sourced, screened or booked the candidate. That includes applicants from our ads, referrals from the referral program we run, past applicants we re-contact, and applicants from your careers page or other boards that we screen. It also includes anyone we booked who is hired within 6 months of their interview, including after you cancel.

Confirming first shifts

You confirm first shifts by replying to our weekly email. If you don't, the hire confirms by text, and the fee is billed 5 calendar days later unless you tell us the shift didn't happen.

No guarantee after the first shift

Once a hire has worked a first paid shift, the fee applies even if the caregiver later leaves.

Pausing

Existing clients can pause for 1 to 3 months at $195 a month, after at least one active month. Your ads, screening setup and applicant list stay ready to restart.

Enterprise

Enterprise programs (30 or more hires a month, or 15 or more at one location) have a custom program fee plus $150 per hire, a minimum term of 3 to 6 months and a ramp-up schedule agreed at kickoff.
